Ka punë po s’ka profesionistë?! Profesionet më të kërkuara në Shqipëri, call center, fason dhe kamerierë
Profesionet më të kërkuara nga tregu i punës aktualisht janë operatorët për call center, punonjës për rrobaqepësite, fabrikat e këpucëve, kamarierë dhe banakierë, teknik minerash dhe ndërtimi, shoferë pastrues etj. Këto kryesojnë top listën e profesioneve për të cilat tregu ka nevojë, teksa ka shumë pak kërkesë për punonjës më kualifikim të lartë dhe sidomos për teknologjinë.
Lista e profesioneve më të kërkuara edhe për vitin në vijim u formulua pas një ankete që Programi i Zhvillimit të Kombeve të Bashkuara, PNUD bëri me më shumë se 2600 biznesë në të gjitha qarqet e vendit. Anketa e cila u kryesua nga ekspertë të INSTAT zbardhi listën e nevojave që paraqet tregu aktualisht dhe në periudhë afatmesme.
Lista e profesioneve më të kërkuara reflekton modelin e ekonomisë së Shqipërisë, e cila është e është e orinetuar nga shfrytëzimi i burimeve natyrore dhe sektorët me vlerë të ulët, të tilla si sektori fason dhe tregtia me pakicë. Në kushtet aktuale punonjës me kualifikim të lartë kanë shumë pak mundësi punësimi, pasi tregu i punës ka ofertë shumë të ulët për këto grup profesionesh.
Kërksa për “punonjës krahu” e ka dekurajuar edhe sistemin arsimor të avancojë në sektorin e shkencës dhe teknologjisë, degë në të cilat arsimi europian po orientohet në ditët e sotshme. Por teksa tregu kërkon punonjës pa aftësi, në universitetet shqiptare rreth 60 për qind e studentëve diplomohen për juridik, ekonomi, arte dhe shkenca sociale.
Sipas të dhënave zyrtare në vitin 2016, kërkesa e bizneseve për të rekrutuar punonjës me arsim të lartë dhe teknikë të mesëm ra me 25% në raport me vitin 2015. Hendeku mësohet të jetë thelluar më 2017. Në zyrat e punës janë regjistruar si punëkërkues 5336 persona me arsimin e lartë vitin e kaluar, por oferta për këtë kualifikim ishte vetëm 2517 persona.
Nga ana tjetër shumica e ofertave për punë me arsim të lartë janë për pozicione që i mbulon arsimi profesional. Bie fjala një punonjës kase në bankë nuk ka pse të jetë me shkollë të lartë, ashtu si dhe një llogaritar mund ta bëjë një person me arsim të mesëm. instalimet elektrike në pallat mund t’i bëjë një teknik i mesëm.
