Pranë ambienteve të CLR u zhvillua sesioni i rradhës i Akademisë së Punës me temë Drejtimi i Sindikatës dhe Lidershipi Sindikal
U diskutuan temat kryesore si:
– Koncepti i sjelljes organizative dhe ndërveprimi i individëve apo grupeve të ndryshme që veprojnë në kuadrin e një sindikate
– Qëllimet e Sjelljes Organizative brenda një sindikate në funksion të interesave sindikaliste
– Modelet e sjelljes organizative në raportin midis organizatës dhe individëve
– Negociatat si një nga aspektet e drejtimit sindikal.
– Tre format kryesore të lidershipit, (Lidershipi tradicional që vetërregullohet në shoqëri, lidershipi karizmatik i cili mbështetet në cilësitë e liderit, lidershipi racional ligjor).
Në pjesën e dytë të sesionit u bë dhe një historik të shkurtër i fillimeve të lëvizjes sindikaliste, ku u diskutua për vështirësitë e panumërta që ka kaluar dhe vazhdon të kalojë lëvizja sindikaliste në Shqipëri.
Edhe ky sesion u karakterizua nga pjesmarrje e kënaqshme dhe proaktive.
