Dakordësohet krijimi i strukturave sindikale në kompaninë shtetërore Albpetrol
Drejtuesit e Qendrës për Marrëdhënie Pune dhe Dialog Social (CLRSD) u pritën në një takim prezantues nga një grup punonjësish të shoqërisë “Albetrol” sh.a. e cila është kompania kombëtare që ka si rol kryesor prodhimin dhe tregtimin e produkteve të naftës si dhe monitorimin e marrveshjeve të hidrokarbureve dhe numëron mbi 2000 punonjës.
Takimi u zhvillua në kuadër të parashtrimit të objektivave kryesore të CLRSD për perjudhën në vazhdim dhe sidomos sa I përket iniciativave të qëndrës për të mbështetur dhe nxitur rritjen e kapaciteteve organizative dhe të kolektiv të punonjësve në nivelin bazë. Përfaqësuesit e punonjësve theksuan se aktualisht në ndërmarrje nuk ekziston një organizim kolektiv i punonjësve dhe punonjësit nuk janë të mbuluar me kontratë kolektive. Gjatë takimit, përfaqësuesit e CLRSD parashtruan objektivat kryesore të qendrës mes të cilave është edhe asistimi i punonjësve për tu organizuar apo riorganizuar kolektivisht.
Të dyja palët u dakordësuan për fillimin e menjëhershëm të procedurave për organizimin kolektiv të punonjësve të Albperol sh.a.. Fillimisht u ra dakord që të procedohet me krijimin e sindikatës së punonjësve dhe më pas për të vazhduar me të gjitha fazat e mëtejshme, krijimi I strutkurave sindikale dhepër të shkuar më tutje në nëshkrimin e kontratës kolektive dhe fuqizimi i mëtejshëm i aktivitetit kolektiv të punonjësve në cdo nivel përfaqësimi.
